You should handle your jewelry with care.
Avoid gravity, avoid a crash, do not in the strong sunlight for a long time, swimming and doing sports to take off them. For the beads jewelry, regularly check the string avoids to break, gold or silver jewelry, regularly check whether the gem is loose.
Don't use any chemicals to clean them. A simple polishing cloth should do the trick!

Today, gold-filled is a quality designation that's regulated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). To merit a "GF" stamp, the material must have a layer of gold that is at least 10-karat mechanically applied to a base metal; the karat gold layer must also be at least 1/20 (5%) of the item's total weight.
