You should handle your jewelry with care.
Avoid gravity, avoid a crash, do not in the strong sunlight for a long time, swimming and doing sports to take off them. For the beads jewelry, regularly check the string avoids to break, gold or silver jewelry, regularly check whether the gem is loose.
Don't use any chemicals to clean them. A simple polishing cloth should do the trick!

This is well made by poorly designed. The fact that there are two small cords in the core means that I spend significant time untangling the ends each time I want to take it off.
